How our support tiers, coverage, and onboarding work in practice.
L1 is first-line triage: intake, password and access resets, standard how-to requests, and known fixes from the runbook. L2 handles escalated application, device, and server issues needing administrative access and deeper diagnosis. L3 is specialist and engineering-level work — root-cause analysis, configuration changes, and vendor escalation. A ticket moves up a tier only when the current tier cannot resolve it.
